No. Beliva Energy is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. It is designed to complement a varied and balanced diet, not to replace it.

Beliva Energy contains Vitamin C (500 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Vitamin B6 (5 mg), Vitamin B12 (250 µg), Vitamin B1 (5 mg), Magnesium (150 mg) and Zinc (10 mg) per capsule. See the full ingredients page for complete dosage information.

Each bottle of Beliva Energy contains 90 capsules. At the recommended dose of one capsule per day, this is a 90-day (three-month) supply.

Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is plant-derived. Beliva Energy is suitable for vegetarians.

Take one capsule per day with a full glass of water, preferably during or after a meal. The time of day is up to you - morning, midday or evening all work equally well. Consistency is more important than timing.

Simply continue on the next day. Do not take two capsules to make up for a missed dose. The recommended dose is always one capsule per day.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any prescribed medications, or have a diagnosed medical condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before taking any food supplement, including Beliva Energy.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the base of the bottle.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Delivery across Australia usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is provided once dispatched.

Yes. You can cancel your order at no charge at any time before it is dispatched - simply let us know during the confirmation call, or contact us by email. You may also decline to accept the parcel on delivery, in which case the order is automatically cancelled.

Yes. Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Note that for hygiene reasons, opened food supplement packaging cannot be returned under standard consumer return rights unless the product is faulty. See our Returns Policy for full details.

All orders are dispatched from our Australian fulfilment partner. There are no international shipping or import duties on Australian domestic orders.
